For the safety of our performers, no hitting, kicking, pulling, or damaging the costume will be tolerated. If this happens, the character will leave immediately without notice or refund. Please inform your guests ahead of time so everyone can enjoy the party.

Characters cannot go in mud, wet areas, or near water activities (including pools, sprinklers, or water slides).

Due to the Houston heat, characters cannot be outside longer than 30 minutes when temperatures are 90°F or higher.
