How far in advance should I book my costume?

It is best to schedule as far in advance as possible.

Can I receive my deposit back if I cancel ? We are not able to give you your deposit back but we will work with you to find another available date that works for you.

What if my costume is late? Houston is known for horrible traffic but we pride ourselves in being on time. If for some reason we are running behind we will notify you and you will still receive your full time.

Can I receive a partial refund if my child is afraid or we no longer want the costume? Its only been 10 minutes.

Unfortunately No. We understand that some kids cry but we still have to pay the people that took out the time to come to your party.
